Return Policy

All returns must have prior authorization. Please contact at 810-629-3326 or via email at sales@buildmeadeck.com. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and returned at the buyer's expense. All returns must be unused, in original condition, and determined suitable for resale by us. If any items have been opened and cannot be resold, no credit will be given. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on any items returned. Your credit card will be refunded the total amount less the restocking fee within 30 days of the date received by deckbuy.com. Please be sure to include a copy of the original invoice in the package with the returned merchandise.
