Marketing Your Business
Existing clients, which is an untapped resource by most building companies, should
be your number form of marketing. Satisfied customers have friends, family or
co-workers which they can share the positive experience they had with your company.
Once you gain a customer make them part of your company’s family. Send a
monthly newsletter to keep them informed, do a complementary inspect a year after
completion or just stop by if you are in the neighborhood. The more you remind
them of the positive experience the more people they will tell and in turn the
more business you will get. Most importantly, these items have very little cost.
This is the least expensive form of marketing and will prove to be the most effective.
